I have always had a great experience with Lee’s. I trust that the company is giving me a fair price for my repairs and it’s so convenient because I work around the corner from the shop. If no service is needed, then I am being told that. I have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. I am greeted by my name because I’ve been there often and I always receive service with a smile. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work.

Moe is FANTASTIC. I got in a car accident with a rental car I rented from Toro App, and the person who rented me the vehicle preferred we fixed the repairs outside of insurance, in which I agreed. I contacted Moe over at Lee’s auto clinic and he had the vehicle in the shop the same day to take a look and give me an estimate of the damage, and had the parts ordered and the car fixed within 2 days. He did a FANTASTIC job, communication was prompt, prices were EXCELLENT. I would 10/10 recommend taking my vehicle to have Moe service it any time it needed anything. THANK YOU SO MUCH MOE!!!

While on a cross country road trip, I noticed that one of my headlights was out. I was able to call Lee’s Auto Clinic and they fit me in on the same day to get it fixed, and they inspected my car and changed the oil, too. I feel confident that I’ll be able to finish the road trip safely with my car! Great customer service, kind people work here, not expensive. Worth bringing your car here if you live in the Chicago area.

I had a great experience here. Benny was so honest, attentive, and helpful. I have a BMW and had a flat tire. BMW told me that it will at least be $400 to replace my tire, plus potentially more. Benny looked at my car and he was so honest to tell me that all needed is patching. the job was done in 5 mins!

Moe was great! Super friendly and personable guy, good and quick service when we came in. Answered all of our questions and made sure we left confident and satisfied with our vehicle.

Noticed a gouge in my tires and them looking quite low on my Honda. Called and they were able to get me in same day. Checked the tire pressure, ensured there wasn’t a leak, and refilled my air. Very friendly service, quick, and convenient to West Loop. Will be my regular auto shop now – thanks, guys!
By the way, entrance is the blue door on the alley on the south side of the shop.

Moe was professional and by far, the best value in the city! I had body repairs, an interior/exterior detail, and touch up painting, and the Range looks brand new! I would recommend this spot to anyone!

They caught the problem right away, and they gave me a fair price outlining all of the repairs they would be doing with pictures and details described to me in layman’s terms. I will definitely be returning for any problems or standard maintenance issues that arise!

This place is absolutely fantastic. With the car I own, I am no stranger to auto repair shops. And I can honestly say I have never taken my car to a shop and been more satisfied than Lee’s Auto Clinic. They will go the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed. This shop isn’t in the business of charging for things you don’t need. They operate with honesty and provide quality. Highly recommend.

Lee’s Auto Clinic is by far the best customer service and reasonable price experience that I had Downtown Chicago. It is my go to auto repair shop from now on.
